As a knowledgeable and motivated Tungsten Capture Consultant (Kofax), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Kofax applications for our clients. Your role will be crucial in leading the implementation of Kofax solutions to ensure they align with client requirements. You will configure Kofax applications according to specific business needs and provide technical support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Working closely with clients, you will address challenges and enhance the user experience. Conducting training sessions for end-users on Kofax functionalities and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage project timelines and deliverables, monitoring progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be put to use in analyzing current processes and recommending improvements using Kofax solutions. Staying updated on the latest Kofax technologies and industry trends is crucial for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Kofax software, including Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation, and Kofax Total Agility, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in project management and migration projects will be advantageous. Relevant certifications in Kofax solutions are preferred.
