Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to

oversee and maintain our organizations on-premises IT infrastructure. This role

involves managing servers, network systems, and other in-house IT facilities to ensure

optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in system and network administration, with a hands-on approach to

problem-solving and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server and Network Management: Oversee and maintain physical and virtualservers, configure network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, and monitor network performance to ensure minimal downtime.
• System Administration: Administer and update operating systems (Windows/Linux), manage core services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and implement regular system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices to secure IT infrastructure, monitor systems for vulnerabilities, apply necessary patches and updates, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to staff, resolve hardware/software issues, train users on new technologies and IT policies, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures, generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
• field.
• 5+ years proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator,
• or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, server hardware, and virtualization
• technologies.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tools, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Server+) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience in managing IT-infrastructure (Routers, Firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT service management frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹66,666.00 - ₹83,333.00 per year
