IT Support Technician

TECH University is seeking an IT Support Technician for our offices in Pune.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Actively ensure the management of IT resources and the proper and timely resolution of incidents or requests from company employees, especially those related to business processes.

- Manage the company’s inventory of equipment, licenses, and other IT tools.

- Escalate incidents and issues that affect the normal operation of processes to higher levels in a timely manner.

- Create documentation for processes or tasks that are not yet documented.

Minimum requirements:

- Associate's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- +1 year experience as an IT support technician.

- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).

- This role requires an advanced level of English or Spanish.

Highly valued knowledge:

- Operating systems such as Windows or Linux.

- SharePoint.

- SQL.

- Powershell.

- Azure.

- Knowledge of computer hardware, such as printers or mobile devices.

- Permanent full-time contract.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday. 10-19 PM

- On-site in Office Unit 409, City Tower, Dhole Patil Road, Boat Club Road, 41100, Pune.

- Salary: 25.000 - 30.000
