TECH University is seeking an IT Support Technician for our offices in Pune. What will your responsibilities be? - Actively ensure the management of IT resources and the proper and timely resolution of incidents or requests from company employees, especially those related to business processes. - Manage the company’s inventory of equipment, licenses, and other IT tools. - Escalate incidents and issues that affect the normal operation of processes to higher levels in a timely manner. - Create documentation for processes or tasks that are not yet documented. Minimum requirements: - Associate's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. - +1 year experience as an IT support technician. - Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). - This role requires an advanced level of English or Spanish. Highly valued knowledge: - Operating systems such as Windows or Linux. - SharePoint. - SQL. - Powershell. - Azure. - Knowledge of computer hardware, such as printers or mobile devices. TECH University is seeking an Human Resources Technician for our offices in Pune. What responsibilities will you have? Gathering requirements from hiring managers, understanding and identifying staffing needs. Reviewing and screening CVs. Conducting phone and/or in-person interviews in Hindi and/or English. Preparing reports for hiring managers. Coordinating final interviews. Managing the onboarding process, including contract preparation and employment documentation. Payroll administration: calculation, review, and incident management. Labor management: employee registrations, terminations, contract modifications, and communication with official institutions. Conflict resolution and support in maintaining a positive work environment. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources. What do we offer?
