Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for our internal teams. The role involves managing hardware, software, networks, and ensuring a secure and seamless IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and office software.
• Manage user accounts, emails, and permissions in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and coordinate with ISPs when needed.
• Ensure data security through regular updates, antivirus checks, and system backups.
• Maintain and monitor servers, firewalls, and network equipment.
• Support IT onboarding for new employees and manage asset allocation.
• Document IT processes, asset records, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide support for video conferencing, AV setups, and remote access tools.
• Assist in procurement and evaluation of IT hardware/software.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of IT support or system administration experience (Freshers with certifications may apply).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA are a plus.
