IT Support Specialist

Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Oversee the functionality of network components such as routers, switches Ensure network file systems are correctly configured and accessible to authorized users Diploma / Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. At least two years' experience in a similar role. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
