IT Support Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-time

We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Most of our clients are based on Australia, but we support a user base that is geographically

dispersed across many countries. We pride ourselves on strong technical expertise and

excellent customer service.

The Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing

professional and timely support across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, and

end-user devices. You will be primarily dedicated to one of our clients that has an oƯice based

out of Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide remote and onsite support to client users on Windows 10/11 devices

 Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint,

OneDrive)

 Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory user and group

administration

 Perform basic networking support (IP troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and

printer/network device setup)

 Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues

 Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and support activities

 Communicate eƯectively with clients, ensuring issues are explained in clear, non-

technical language

 Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as required

Skills & Qualifications

 Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration

 Solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory

 Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

 Strong background in desktop support for Windows 10/11

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

 Knowledge of PowerShell

 Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems

 Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 certifications, Windows

Server certifications, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,130.91 - ₹69,540.80 per month
