Job Description

As a Production Support Assistant at our reputed organization in Pune, your role will involve providing non-technical support to end-users and coordinating with internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include: - Clearing Pre-Employment Requisites (PREP) - Having a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production support - Being familiar with Loan Management System (LMS) and Loan Origination System (LOS) - Handling escalations effectively - Supporting end-users with technical issues - Coordinating with stakeholders within the organization - Demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills - Documenting and tracking issues efficiently The work schedule for this role will be a 5-day working week, with any 5 days including Saturday or Sunday. You will also be required to work in rotational shifts between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note that this role does not involve Business Analyst (BA) responsibilities. Your key skills should include production support, issue tracking, escalation management, awareness of LMS and LOS, non-technical stakeholder coordination, and shift flexibility.
