Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to employees for system, software, and network issues.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support in resolving email, internet connectivity, and system login issues.
Coordinate with the IT team for software updates and data backup processes.
Maintain records of IT assets and assist in inventory management.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by setting up IT access and devices.
Assist in troubleshooting video conferencing, VPN, and shared drive issues.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
