Position Overview:

IT Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.

? Configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

? Assist in setup and monitoring of routers, Wi-Fi access points and firewalls.

? Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

? Support the IT team in regular system updates and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

? Basic understanding of networking and operating systems

? Strong analytical and communication skills

? Passion for technology and willingness to learn

Requirements:

? Basic understanding of networking, hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).

? Familiarity with Wi-Fi setup, routers and basic troubleshooting.

? Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ? Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
