IT Support Executive

We are looking for an IT Support SPOC who will act as the first point of contact for all telecallers, new joiners, and existing employees for their daily IT-related issues. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving individual who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations by quickly addressing system, network, and hardware concerns. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in the telecalling department. Assist employees with: System login issues Internet connectivity problems Headset/microphone audio issues “User already logged in” errors Other basic hardware/software troubleshooting Support new joiners in setting up their systems, login credentials, email, and necessary applications. Coordinate with the central IT team or external vendors for complex issues or escalations. Maintain a log of IT issues and track resolution times for reporting purposes. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on all raised issues. Provide basic IT training to staff on commonly used tools and best practices. Monitor IT equipment inventory and request replacements or repairs when needed.   Requirements: Education: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or any relevant field (preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience (BPO/KPO/telecalling industry experience is a plus). Skills: Good understanding of Windows OS and basic networking Familiarity with headsets, VoIP tools, and CRM systems Basic troubleshooting for internet and application issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Other: Strong problem-solving mindset Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
