Assist teams with ERP/CRM usage, data entry, and system updates. Support end-users with queries related to Odoo workflows and modules. Maintain accurate records of ERP/CRM data and processes. Coordinate with vendors for Odoo module updates or troubleshooting if needed. Generate reports and provide insights using ERP/CRM systems for business operations. Required Skills & Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in ERP and CRM administration. Hands-on experience with Odoo software is mandatory. Strong understanding of ERP/CRM workflows and business processes. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
