Job Description

You will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support and operations as an executive. Your main duties will include managing server, 20 desktops, 10 laptops (Mac & Windows), printers, scanner, Xerox, Transcend App, etc. You will also be in charge of overseeing application issues and tracking them till resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining analytics and reporting for the mentioned systems. Your role will involve analyzing reviews from Play Store and App Store, as well as monitoring application vitals. You will be expected to perform day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business as usual operations. Knowledge of CRM & CMS platforms will be essential for this position.
