Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the company. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining hardware/software, and supporting staff with IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in maintaining company websites, booking systems, and applications.
• Manage email configurations, antivirus updates, and system security checks.
• Support end-users by responding to IT queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure data backup, file storage, and access control are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and AMC services.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and maintain IT asset inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), and MS Office.
• Familiarity with travel software, GDS, or CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good problem-solving skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary Package

INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
