We are searching for System Operating Technicians to be a part of our expanding team in Car showroom operations, requiring more than 1 year of experience in system operation, hardware, and networking. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving server hardware and network issues, including hardware diagnostic and replacement of faulty components. You should have the capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Technician, you will be offering operational support at Saraswati Ford. Your duties will revolve around the day-to-day management of server incidents and networking equipment, along with project assignments and capacity management. Your regular tasks will include: - Deployment and support of Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems - Providing user hardware, software, and peripheral support - Remote assistance - Troubleshooting and supporting LAN - Systems administration - Operating CCTV cameras - Procurement of hardware and asset management - Developing and updating documentation This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
