Job description:

Conduct induction/orientation training for all new joiners (sales, service, back office).

* Deliver regular training sessions on:

MG product features, variants and technology

Sales process & customer journey

Soft skills – communication, grooming, customer handling

CRM usage and documentation process

Conduct refresher trainings as per OEM / dealership training calendar.

Coordinate with OEM trainers for central / online training programs and certifications.

Maintain training records, attendance, scores and feedback

Align training modules with MG brand standards and dealership SOPs

Support HR in organizing role-plays, mock sessions and contests to improve skills.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional behavior in the dealership

Escalate critical issues that hamper smooth execution of processes at dealership to Dealer principal, MG team, and ensure they get resolved.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR/Marketing or Diploma in Training/Automobile will be an added advantage.
