Job Description

This oppurtunity is only for applicants near Egmore, Chennai for local IT support work role. For others we wish you good luck on your other job applications. Provide day-to-day tech support to staff Provide Social Media Poster design and Instagram Reels Support Manage and maintain CRM platforms, email systems, and other essential business tools. Support WordPress website updates, backups, and security monitoring. Handle device setup, configuration, and access control for new users. Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, printers, and office network systems. Assist in integrating and maintaining business tools (WhatsApp Business API, IVR, call systems, etc.). Ensure data security, regular system backups, and IT asset management. Document issues, solutions, and maintain IT support logs.
