Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote visa services. Handle inbound queries related to visa processes and documentation Explain various visa categories (tourist, student, work, etc.) and eligibility criteria to potential clients. Answer questions regarding application procedures, timelines, and fees. Maintain and update client database with accurate contact details and follow-up status. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or messages in a timely manner. Book consultations and appointments for interested clients with the visa experts or counselors. Record client feedback and report daily/weekly call performance to the manager. Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior team members. Assist clients with the list of required documents and guide them on initial steps of application.
