Job Description

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Basic laptop configuration and repair
  • Desktop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement
  • Printer/Scanner and HUB/Switch installation
  • Basic networking and antivirus support at the client site
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft 365 apps
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Understanding of drivers, patches, and tools download from OEM websites

Tools & Coordination:

  • Experience with ticket logging tools
  • Vendor coordination for logging tickets with OEMs and following up until closure
  • Alert monitoring, follow-up, and call closure support, including investigation and analysis

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
