Job Description

Technical Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Basic laptop configuration and repair Desktop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement Printer/Scanner and HUB/Switch installation Basic networking and antivirus support at the client site Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft 365 apps Familiarity with ITIL practices Understanding of drivers, patches, and tools download from OEM websites Tools & Coordination: Experience with ticket logging tools Vendor coordination for logging tickets with OEMs and following up until closure Alert monitoring, follow-up, and call closure support, including investigation and analysis Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills Fluent in English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Day shift Experience: IT support: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
