Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer at Shiprocket's office in Agra. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. The role includes maintaining and administering computer networks and systems, ensuring smooth IT operations, and addressing any service disruptions through help desk support. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain system efficiency and handle system administration tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Technical Support and Information Technology processes
Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support
Proficiency in System Administration, including network and server maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setup
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and experience with hardware and software installation
Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
