Job Description for IT Support Engineer

Server management
- Installing, configuring, updating, and monitoring servers like DNS, DHCP, VPN, Anti Virus admin console, FTP, CCTV Camera, IIS, etc.
Networking
- Expertise in TCP/IP, switching/routing, subnetting, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, load balancing, proxy, etc. Adding Network design, structure cabling and firewall rule and policy.
Monitoring
- Server, Desktop, Firewall performance and troubleshooting issues
Virtualization
- knowledge in VMware, Hyper-V,ESXI to deploy and manage virtual machines and containers
Cloud platforms
- Knowledge of AWS to advantage
OS expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, Win server internals for administration
Backup & recovery
- Implementing backups, snapshots, replication, and restores to ensure business continuity, create backup job in NAS

- Clear verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues

- Ability to prioritize critical issues and projects to ensure SLAs are met
