IT Support Engineer

This position is for an IT Executive with Hardware and Networking knowledge. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting Windows PCs and Laptops, installing new software and hardware such as servers, printers, computer workstations, and anti-virus protection. You will be providing support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, handheld devices, and Scanners. Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Operating Systems are required. Candidates with knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu will be given preference. You will assist in all IT support functions and resolve queries from users. It is essential to be Hardware/Networking certified. Additionally, you will be responsible for Outlook configuration and troubleshooting, Laptop and Desktop installation and troubleshooting, Windows 7/10 system installation and troubleshooting, Printer/Scanner configuration and troubleshooting, Hardware asset management, knowledge of MS Office applications, and working effectively under call pressure. The role may require working in rotational shifts. This is a full-time position with benefits such as commuter assistance. The work location is in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, and candidates must be willing to commute or relocate before starting work. The required education is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in Desktop support. The work will be in person.,
