Windows OS (Client OS and Server OS)
Hands on knowledge and experience on
Active Directory, Azure Administration, O365 Administration.
Manage and support
Windows Servers
, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Work extensively with
virtualization platforms
such as
Hyper-V
and
VMware
.
Configure and manage
VDI solutions
, especially using
VMware Horizon
.
Set up and maintain
Remote Desktop Services
, including complex multi-user environments.
Perform image refresh, deployment, and configuration of
Thin Clients
.
Manage
backup and disaster recovery solutions
using
Veeam
.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to support IT infrastructure for multiple clients.
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
