Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support and manage Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, switches, and Unifi Wi-Fi devices.
  • Provide support for Avaya landline systems.
  • Ensure system updates, security patches, and antivirus compliance across all devices.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Manage and resolve tickets via the internal ticketing system.
  • Provide remote support for branch offices in UAE, KSA, Qatar, and UK.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to provide remote support across different locations and time zones.

Work Environment:

  • Based in Thrissur or Coimbatore back office.
  • May require occasional extended hours during critical IT maintenance or issue resolution.
