Job Description

Manage and maintain VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Cloud Servers for hosting applications and services.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot TSPLUS for remote desktop access and application delivery.
Implement and manage VPN solutions to ensure secure remote connectivity for users.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Firewalls to safeguard network infrastructure (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall).
Oversee Data Center (DC) operations including server uptime, backups, cabling, and environment control.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain VMware virtual environments (vSphere, ESXi).
Support BPL (Backup Power & Line) management for infrastructure resilience.
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of IT systems and infrastructure.
Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and security issues.
Create and maintain documentation for systems configurations, incidents, and procedures.
Provide technical support to internal users and escalate critical issues as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
