🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Support & Coordination Executive to act as the bridge between our development team, operations, and end users.

The ideal candidate will handle app/website bug tracking, IT issue coordination, and functional testing, ensuring smooth performance of our digital platforms.

es • Document bugs, reproduce steps, and validate fixes before deployme

nt • Monitor uptime, app performance, and coordinate quick resolution of issue

ts • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (BCA, B.Sc. IT, BE, B.Tech preferre

d) • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, QA, or product coordinati

on • Understanding of web/app systems, APIs, and databases (basic leve

l) • Familiarity with issue-tracking and project management too

ls • Excellent communication and problem-solving skil

ls • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environmen
