Job Description

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems, including PMS, POS, call accounting, HSIA, key card systems, IPTV, and back-office applications.
Provide timely support to hotel departments for any IT-related issues and ensure efficient system operation with minimal downtime.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, patch management, and data protection protocols.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions, ensuring compliance with hotel brand standards and local data privacy regulations.
Supervise IT staff or external technicians, assign tasks, and manage daily operations, coordinating with vendors and service providers for system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
Assist with IT budget planning, inventory management, and procurement of equipment.
Support technology-related projects such as system upgrades, new technology deployment, and infrastructure improvements, testing new systems and applications before rollout.
Maintain documentation for IT processes, manuals, and asset inventories.
