IT Staffing Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Define and implement hiring strategies for engineering, product, and IT operations.
  • Work closely with founders and team leads to understand roles and team dynamics.
  • Identify talent through creative sourcing strategies, including networking and events.
  • Ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously refine sourcing methods.
  • Support culture-building initiatives and employer branding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech or startups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for solving hiring challenges.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and social media sourcing.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
