Business Development Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through various online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to develop new strategies.
• Manage and update CRM records.

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, MERN Stack, Cloud, UI/UX, etc.).
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Strong presentation and email writing skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn & other lead generation platforms.
• Self-driven, target–oriented approach.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT Business Development preferred (not mandatory).
