Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles.
Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers.
Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels.

Minimum 6 months upto 3 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring.
Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
