Sourcer

, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company. This is a

contract-to-hire opportunity

, starting with a

6-month contractual engagement

, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers
  • Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months upto 3 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring
  • Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
