Sourcer
, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company. This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity
, starting with a
6-month contractual engagement
, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles
- Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers
- Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months upto 3 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring
- Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
