Job Description

  • Supervise daily center activities to ensure a smooth workflow and effective coordination between different departments.
  • Monitor the implementation of training schedules, ensuring timely and quality delivery of sessions.
  • Maintain facilities and infrastructure to uphold the quality standards of the center.
  • Manage center resources efficiently, including training materials, equipment, and technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, course progress, and assessments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Handle the center's financial administration, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Support HR functions such as staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to code of conduct.
  • Develop and implement strategic mobilization plans to attract potential students from various sources.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local communities, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to boost student enrolment.
  • Organize outreach and promotional activities such as workshops, seminars, and community visits to create awareness.
  • Address inquiries and provide pre-admission counseling to prospective students and their parents.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor center staff, including trainers and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and plan improvements.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to enhance skills and improve center productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to training standards and operational guidelines as outlined by the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of training programs and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Handle student feedback and resolve grievances promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on center performance, enrollment statistics, and financial status to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments and senior management to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
