Job Description

As an IT Services Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our IT services to potential clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying, generating, and qualifying leads through various channels such as calls, emails, meetings, and networking. - Promoting and selling a range of IT services including web development, app development, software solutions, digital marketing, and automation. - Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate service solutions based on their requirements. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase our offerings effectively. - Preparing proposals, quotations, and pricing documents to present to clients. - Maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success. - Collaborating closely with technical teams for project execution and support. - Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client interactions for future reference. - Staying updated with IT industry trends, market developments, and competitors to remain competitive in the market. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role in the IT industry is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. - Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions is required, with training provided as needed. - Ability to identify prospects, close sales, and manage customer relationships effectively. - Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience is desired. Additionally, preferred qualifications include: - Experience in selling IT services or digital products. - Knowledge of software development, digital marketing, or cloud services. - Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows. - Experience with proposal writing or online bidding platforms.
