Job Summary:

IT Services Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
  • Promote and sell IT services such as web development, app development, software solutions, digital marketing, and automation
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing documents
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams for project execution and support
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, market developments, and competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions (training provided)
  • Ability to identify prospects and close sales
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling IT services or digital products
  • Knowledge of software development, digital marketing, or cloud services
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Experience with proposal writing or online bidding platforms
