Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: Responsible for conducting security and standards audits in the Global network infrastructure. Being custodian of the main Compliance metrics, carrying out proactive tasks to mitigate recurring risks / issues that may impact them. Audit and Compliance SME is responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and controls that ensures information security compliance across the organization. The role will identify potential risks, assess controls, and perform gap analysis to ensure compliance with information security standards, Knowledge of tools like Qualys Guard. Scripting is plus. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design and implement changes in the Audit tools in accordance with Accenture standards. Ensure the correct transition of the network components to the operational environment, from the perspective of standards and security compliance. Interface with various teams and help other operations Team with analysis and recommend actions to address Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, implement and maintain information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and industry standards. - Conduct thorough analysis of current security measures in place and audit information security protocols to ensure compliance with external/internal policies and procedures. - Perform compliance assessments, gap analysis based on industry standards and report on progress to senior management. Professional & Technical Skills: Good understanding of industry standards like ITIL 4 Knowledge & understanding of networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, proxy, switches, routers, etc.) Working experience in network environments, CCNA certificate is a plus Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - A 15 year full time education is required.
