About The Role We are seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer with an experience of 5 years for providing support to all technical support and IT related issues. Requirements Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on work experience in Service Desk and delivery function. Ability to switch between Windows, Linux Mac OS knowledge preferable. Ability to set priorities for and execute projects. A combination knowledge of any of the following IT platforms and concepts such as Active Directory, O365/Exchange, Linux/Unix, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Confluence/JIRA, SCCM, RDP and Okta/MFA Familiarity with Zoom and A/V components such as TV’s, projectors, conferencing systems Expertise in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OS and Linux (RHEL). Will be reporting to the IT Service Delivery Lead and will be responsible for day-to-day technical support for, our employees, for network infrastructure, internal desktop systems software, and hardware.
