Mandatory Skills: IT Service Desk, ServiceNow, Spanish Language Specialist ,ITSM, BMC Remedy Additional Skills : IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in Spanish language Min 4 Years of Experience in IT Service desk Excellent communications skills Willing to work in 247 shifts Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools Excellent ITIL knowledge Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting Should be proficient in English
