IT Sales Manager - SAAS

Designation: IT Sales Manager - SAAS

Experience : 6+ years

Location: Delhi

Salary Budget: Fixed Salary Upto 12-15 Lacs (based on skill sets and year of experience) + 4 Lacs Variable (will be paid on quarterly basis)

Day to day activities will includes:

-Generate new business through a cold calling activities

- Follow up with prospects and arrange for a demo / meeting

- Actively expand and maintain knowledge of products, industry competitors and market trends/needs

- Forecast, manage and report pipeline and sales activity

Requirement:

-Experience of working on a compliance/ HRMS/ Payroll product and/or services offering will be highly desirable.

-Excellent communication both written and spoken.

-Should have great presentation skills to be able to manage highly influential client base and C level customers across corporates.

-Should have a software/ services sales background of minimum of 6 years in the IT industry sales.

• Proven experience in IT sales

  SaaS solutions

  to other businesses (

• A "hunter" mentality with a strong drive for new business acquisition and a track record of closing deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  with the ability to present and articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience, including C-level executives.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
