Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Consulting B2B Sales Consulting includes Web Design, Software Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, and Advertising Sales Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for web design, digital marketing, and advertising services. 2. Lead Generation: Use a variety of methods including cold calling, online prospecting, and networking to generate leads and identify potential clients. 3. Client Consultation: Understand the unique needs and goals of potential clients and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web design, digital marketing, and advertising to effectively communicate the value of our services. 5. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits of our services, emphasizing ROI and business impact. 6. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. 7. Market Research: Continuously research the market to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. 8. Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in using digital tools and platforms such as Upwork and other relevant resources to identify potential clients and opportunities. 9. Pre-Sales Activities: Engage in pre-sales activities, including needs analysis, solution planning, and budgeting, to prepare clients for the sales process. 10. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. 11. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Required Skill & Background : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Entrepreneurship, DigitalMarketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in web design, digital marketing, or advertising services. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including Upwork and similar platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior Cold calling and prospecting experience. Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
