IT Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for corporates and MNCs, you will be responsible for marketing and selling IT hardware and software/services through various mediums such as face to face interactions and digital platforms. You should possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of mailing, and proficiency in spoken English. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all IT hardware/software sales activities including laptops, desktops, switches, routers, UTM/FIREWALLS, servers, and networking equipment. - Selling Microsoft products and handling licensing matters. - Renewing AMCs for hardware and firewalls. - Identifying new clients through business contacts, internet research, and follow-ups. - Handling customer enquiries and providing high-quality service. - Coordinating with field sales and engineering teams. - Generating quotations, creating sales funnels, and arranging appointments with potential customers. - Resolving sales-related issues and ensuring timely delivery of goods. - Completing administrative tasks for the Sales Department. - Following up on sales orders and confirming delivery dates. - Responding to sales queries via phone, email, and written communications. - Facilitating meetings between sales personnel and customers through phone or email. Candidates with experience in selling IT facility management services will be preferred for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.
