Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating leads from various sources.Conduct outreach to potential clients and schedule product demos or meetings.
  • Sales Presentations & Client Engagement:Understand client requirements and present customised IT solutions that match their business needs.Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.Conduct regular follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Account Management & Customer Relationship Building:Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Maintain regular communication with existing customers to understand their evolving needs.Provide product updates, share insights, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Closing Sales & Negotiations:Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective deal closures.Coordinate with the internal teams (Tech, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Market Research & Reporting:Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.Share client feedback with internal teams to support product and process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 03 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or technology solutions selling
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client pain points and offer strategic solutions
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic technical understanding of software products
