Job Description

Job Tittle : IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research,

networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Field Sales Activities: visit clients, pitch IT products, and manage the full sales cycle

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our IT products

and services to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and

benefits.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

new and existing clients. Understand their business needs and propose tailored

solutions. Field sales experience is mandatory.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales

targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and

competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and services.

Keep up-to-date with new product developments and industry innovations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in

the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and support teams to

ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Requirements:

Field Sales Experience – Mandatory

Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in IT sales or a related field. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including

software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to

present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to build and

maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to

develop effective sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
