IT Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Software Implementation and Sales Executive to support the deployment of our educational software across client centers. This role involves end-to-end software implementation, user training, technical support, and contributing to business development through sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Training & Demonstration:

- Conduct product walkthroughs and hands-on training sessions for center staff.

- Educate users on software functionalities and ensure effective usage.

2. Client & Center Support:

- Provide ongoing technical and operational support to centers.

- Troubleshoot issues, document feedback, and liaise with the technical team.

3. On-Site Implementation & Follow-Up:

- Visit client centers regularly for software setup, training, and feedback collection.

- Ensure software is properly implemented and utilized.

5. Sales & Growth Support:

- Promote software and related services to prospective centers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Basic technical knowledge of software applications and data entry.

- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and onsite support.

- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in software implementation or sales is an added advantage.
