IT Sales Associate

As a Lead Generation & Prospecting specialist, your role will involve identifying and reaching out to potential customers, researching target markets, and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating lead databases using CRM systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer needs and offering suitable products/services - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations virtually - Following up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales In the Sales Process & Negotiation aspect, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, address customer objections, and provide solutions. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you work on pricing, terms, and closing deals. In Order Management & Coordination, you will be processing orders to ensure smooth transaction completion. Additionally, you will be coordinating with other departments like operations and logistics to facilitate a seamless customer experience post-sale. To ensure success in this role, you will be expected to: - Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas - Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports - Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback Furthermore, excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively engaging with customers and colleagues.
