We’re Hiring – IT Sales Associate
Experience : (6 Months – 1 Year Experience)

Location: Mohali (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment vendors and partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for client projects.
• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Manage and qualify leads, maintaining an active sales pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and staffing solutions.
• Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and client presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Atleast 6 months in recruitment, staffing, or vendor management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic understanding of IT services and recruitment processes.
• Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in IT sales, business development, or staffing solutions.
