Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for diverse IT positions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and closing candidates.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver within timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 1-2 years / 23 years in IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and current market trends.
Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
