Job Description

IT Recruiter (4-8 yrs) Technical / ERP / Contract-to-Hire

What you’ll do:

Own full-cycle recruitment for ERP (functional & technical) and other tech roles
Source, screen, interview & negotiate offers; convert contract hires to permanent
Partner with hiring managers & use ATS and recruitment tools
Track metrics like time-to-fill, conversion rates & candidate quality

Skills required:

Strong experience recruiting ERP roles (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics); plus other tech like backend/frontend/cloud/etc.
Contract-to-hire staffing experience
Good sourcing, communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
Proficient with ATS, technical assessment tools & reporting
