Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter at Zentek Infosoft. Profile Summary: Position Technical Recruiter Experience 1 to 5 Years Location Jaipur (10 Openings) / Bengaluru (5 Openings) Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Job-Type - Fulltime/ Permanent Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry. Person should have at least 1 -8 years' experience in C2H/ SubCon/IT Staffing/Contract Hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisation and time management skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with various sourcing and recruitment techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Knowledge of employment law and best practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
