• Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.• Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Provide feedback and recommendations.• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.• Applicant Tracking: Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate status and recruitment metrics.• Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding initiatives, participate in job fairs, career events, and social media recruitment campaigns to attract potential talent.• Offer and Negotiation: Prepare job offers, negotiate salary and benefits within organizational guidelines, and assist in the onboarding process.
