Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter (C2H) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for various IT roles. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring needs. Source and attract qualified IT candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, and social media. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals. Coordinate technical interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for contract-to-hire positions. Negotiate offers and work with HR and legal teams on onboarding documentation. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and passive candidates. Stay updated on latest technology trends and job market conditions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment. Proven experience hiring for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles. Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience using ATS platforms and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with VMS tools and client portals. Previous experience supporting MSP accounts or large enterprise clients. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to contract hiring. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
